Classic 1964 MONO LP on London Records, LL.3420, one of the very first London pressings of this album, pressed in England by Decca for the US market, and bearing the "ffrr" logo on both labels. Heavy vinyl with deep groove, maroon labels with silver print, matrix numbers are XARL-6691-1K and XARL-6692-1K
Cover is VG+, nice, sturdy and clean, light ring wear, shelf wear, edge and corner wear, some paper chipping on spine and bottom seam but no actual splits.
Vinyl is VG+, clean and shiny, with sleeve scuffs and light hairlines and needle marks, but plays wonderfully (plays even better than it looks) with occasional background vinyl noise, nothing bothersome. No skips at all when played on my Rega P-1. The original Chess/RCA mono mix is clear and punchy, sounds quite fantastic overall, approaching audiophile quality especially on a few of the tracks like "Little Red Rooster".
Labels have some light spindle trails, holes look good.
Will be shipped in a plastic LP sleeve, with the vinyl removed from the jacket and placed in an audiophile inner sleeve, packed securely in an LP mailer with extra boards for support.
