Description
Stones "On Stage" - the following description is from Discogs: "Same recording as "The Stars In The Sky They Never Lie" LP, with tracks A2 and A3 inverted and inter-song banter/comments deleted/faded. Recorded in various cities in West Germany on the 1973 European Tour. Unglued b&w cardboard fold-open cover. No track times listed on sleeve or labels. Produced by 'Rare Sound Productions."
Vinyl (VG) - LP has been dusted, wet-cleaned using the Spin-Clean system, and play-graded. Vinyl plays through with no skips. Conservatively grading at VG due to imperfections in the vinyl likely caused by the vinyl being too hot when pressed. The label for Side 1 also shows sign of heat. I've attempted to capture the 'pimples' in the last photo. They are prevalent on both sides, but are not too distracting to the sound. Each causes a minor click, but no skips. Otherwise the vinyl would be VG+ or EX-. Sound quality is decent for a bootleg.
Cover - (G+) - Conservatively grading as G+ due to some minor ring wear and some sticker residue and a small section where another sticker took some of the paper off in the upper left-hand corner of the front cover (see photos). Cover folds out as mentioned in Discogs description and is intact. Plain inner sleeve, presumably the original, is intact but for a 2" split at the bottom. *Note, the title of track 4 on the back cover has been censored by the seller and is fully visible on the actual cover.
Cover, original sleeve, and LP will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve. The LP will be shipped separate from the cover and sleeve to prevent further splitting during shipment.
