Description

An export copy of 'Out of Our Heads' pressed in 1968 on the UK Decca label. Matrix 1L/2L. The record comes housed in its original cover printed by Robert Stace. Also included is the original [equipment/record] inner sleeve. What makes this item particularly impressive is the level of preservation...it really is in terrific condition.
Vinyl (Ex+) This record has been looked after very carefully down the years and has clearly seen only minimal use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of ultra-light marks....nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with fantastic clarity. There's barely a hint of interference even in the quieter sections. There's total silence behind the music which really gives it real space to breathe. And it really is excellent quality audio - absolutely top-notch. Very rarely do you hear an original Stones record playback like this  - it really is exceptionally good.
Cover (Ex+) Again, has been looked after by a very careful owner. Look at that front cover - it's shiny like new..there's no sign of laminate lift/creasing and that's really unusual. And the rear which so often succumbs to ageing is in really stunning condition. It's not perfect, but it's getting close to it and that is no mean feat. There's almost no edge wear at all. The spine is 100% intact and the cover has a lovely rigid newish feel to it. I really doubt there are many knocking around in this kind of condition. Stunning!
Inner (Ex-) Some light ageing, but no rips.
