DISC: MINT - never opened or touched in over 40 years. Stored upright in smoke free home!
COVER: EX(VG++) with some minor corner bumps frays, where shrink is torn. Some beginning of a poke through split on top seem, just starting still mostly intact. Very minor 1/8 inch or less occasional creases around spines. Cover art still glossy under very tight shrink wrap, no ring wear. All spines mostly crisp all intact, title spine is legible. Tight shrink wrap with some minor edge splits in shrink. Never opened. Appropriate and correct breathe hole patterns.

I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPENED LP's that WERE FORMERLY SEALED. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND, THE LP MUST BE SEALED WHEN IT GETS RETURNED. I'm am NOT responsible for any defects under the sealed LP, the LP is sold "AS IS" and is assumed MINT in shrink. 99% of all sealed LP's I sell or have opened are truly MINT, on occasion a small pressing defect or skip may occur. This was from the pressing plant, and I do NOT offer returns for Pressing Plant Flaws. Scratches, dimples, paper scuffs have occasionally been found once opened. Once the Sealed LP is open, it's your's! NO MATTER WHAT THE FLAW, I do NOT accept returns! The Buyer Accepts this Responsibility to adhere to my rules, and will not attempt to Return an OPENED LP that was Sealed. The Buyer agrees by purchasing this LP, that pressing plant flaws may be present under the sealed LP. Buyer accepts "AS IS" surface under sealed LP! NO Returns on Opened Sealed LP's, ever for any reason Buyer accepts this disclaimer by purchasing and can NOT return an opened LP. I hate having to put this Disclaimer in there! I've sold hundreds of sealed LP's over the years and have never had a problem until recently. One of my customers opened a very expensive Sealed LP they bought from me, dropped and broke the record, and then tried to claim it came broken with pieces of surface missing! Absolute F**CKING LIAR! I had to battle a Return Request for 10 Days, and argued with Ebay for over 4 hours on phone before dismissing the RETURN! This one A$$Hole ruined it for everyone after him. All MY Sealed Records are heavily inspected for warps, and the entire circumference of LP's surface edge is felt (through the cover of each listed sealed record) to make sure the record is intact and not broken. Since all the value of a MINT LP comes from being sealed and not opened, I have no way other than an educated assumption to make sure the disc is truly MINT. Sorry customers, I'm very friendly with returns, I just don't want to have to argue with Ebay's customer service ever again. They recommended I put this disclaimer in the listings for Sealed Records!
