All of the items in these auctions are from the estate of Michael Klenfner, long time Atlantic Records exec and music promototer who sadly passed away in 2009.Artist: The Rolling Stones Title: RSD-1 Label: London Catalog: RSD-1 Description: Extremely rare promo only LP made in 1969 to help promote The Stones in the US. The actual number made varies depending on who you ask. Most suggest 200 were made for the US and another 200 for the UK baring the Decca logo. Some people say that number is a bit low but either way it still remains on of THE rarest Rolling Stones records. This is a 100% authentic copy and NOT a bootleg.
CONDITION: RECORD: VG+ COVER: VG, spine wear, writing and call letter sticker on the cover as well as a small address label on the front and back. PLAY GRADE: VG+ LABELS: VG++
