The back cover lists ''I Need You Baby'' as track A4, the cover has flipbacks' top and bottom are folded over the back cover. Printed in England by MacNeil Press, London, S.E.1.
The red unboxed Decca label rim reads on top ''Made in England. The Decca Record Co. Ltd.'', the N.C.B. rights society caption is on the right hand side on both labels, M.C.P.S. is on right hand side of side 1 label only, the B.I.E.M. right society caption is missing altogether. Track A4(b) on label side 1 is "Mona".
Track A3 has "Hurran-Calvert" credit on label [rear sleeve has the correct "Reed" credit].
This version contains the longer version of 'Tell Me'.
VINYL PLAYS NICE, FRONT LAMINATED SLEEVE WITH FLIPBACKS HAS 'PRINTED IN ENGLAND BY MACNEILL PRESS' ON BACK BOTTOM RIGHT HAND, THE SLEEVE HAS SOME LIGHT CREASING/LAMINATE CREASES & THE BACK IS A BIT GRUBBY, SPINE IS FULLY LEGIBLE
