The Rolling Stones - Self Titled FIRST PRESS debut album 1964 UK unboxed Decca Mono LP LK.4605
2A-3A matrices to run off grooves.
Genuine original UK Mono issue complete with poly-lined inner. Very good condition - only light to moderate surface marks. Cover has some creasing to laminate and expected browning to back, with wear to corners and opening.
Some light scratches visible under light but nothing feelable under my fingertip. Some occasional light crackle but nothing serious and no pops, clicks or jumps. See the photos which form part of the description and give an honest view of the whole.
This is the 2B/V first press variant, as below:
Cover B2
The back cover lists ''I Need You Baby'' as track A4, the cover has no ''flipbacks'', but the lamination is folded over to the back cover in a small band.
Label V:
The label rim reads on top ''Made in England. The Decca Record Co. Ltd.'', the NCB (no full stops) and B.I.E.M. captions are on the right hand side on side A. On side B the BIEM caption is omitted and N.C.B. caption appears with full stops. The line above the cat no. is printed upside down.
