1971 US 1st edition released with a functional zipper and die cut buckle, along with underwear image and Andy Warhol's name underneath - which can be peaked at through the zipper/belt buckle, or from top and bottom (as those seams are not glued).
"SO" in label matrix denotes a Sonic Recording Products, Inc. pressing.
Labels for each side have the "DIST. BY ATCO" and the 1841 Broadway address in the rim text.
Back Cover bottom right: "Printed in U.S.A. by Sound Packaging Corp."
Keith Richards is credited as Keith "Richard" without the S. in the songwriting credits.

From my personal collection, I am a long time collector selling my collection-not a retailer. Final Keeper Copy IMHO, I would be surprised to find a better copy than this.
Play graded with pleasure on my 1978 Kenwood KD-2070 DD turntable with a low hour Shure N95ED stylus.
Smoke Free, dark, climate-controlled environment , stored horizontally with spine out and zipper protection.
LP housed in a MFSL poly lined anti-static sleeve. Jacket housed in a quality clear re-sealable outer sleeve.
No record club-Music store purchased originals.

Visually graded under bright light:
Side One: EX Super clean, few faint wispy marks and a couple small age clouds.
Side Two: VG++ Also -Super clean, same as above tad bit more noticeable light marks.
None of these marks above affect sound quality.
Side One Spindle hole: EX+ Side Two Spindle hole: EX with just a little wear as shone.
This LP play graded both sides: EX+ Hard to find a better player than this copy. Super clean lead-ins and Sonics are incredibly rich and warm, I heard nothing to disappoint. Both sides track nicely.
Jacket graded EX Super nice with clean legible spine. Top front paper buckle has a small bend hardly noticeable. Zipper works and NM. Smallest natural age wear on bottom of jacket. Small indention on Mick's rear. No splits, writing or tears. Frameable Copy IMHO.
Original printed inner sleeve in is EX nice with no splits!

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) or EXCELLENT (E)
A good description of a VG+ record is except for a couple minor things, this would be Near Mint. Most collectors, especially those who want to play their records, will be happy with a VG+ record, especially if it toward the high end of the grade (sometimes called VG++ or E+).
NEAR MINT (NM OR M-) A good description of a NM record is it looks like it just came from a retail store and it was opened for the first time. In other words, it's nearly perfect. Many dealers won't use a grade higher than this, implying (perhaps correctly) that no record or sleeve is ever truly perfect.Professionally shipped correctly in an LP mailer as it should be in the best packaging-not a pizza box or some other amateur stunt.
