The Rolling Stones Sticky Fingers UK 1971 1st issue vinyl LP  A4/B3, with insert
There are many versions with different zipper styles and labels  - according to Discogs, closest match to this is this one I believe: release/3492494-The-Rolling-Stones-Sticky-Fingers Check it out. 
THIS COPY: Small Zipper, No Promotone on labels , A4/B3 matrix numbers, sleeve 'open' top and bottom, insert - all indicators of very first issue before 'A Promotone N.V. Record' was printed on the labels (this was around  September 1971, whereas issues without Promotone N.V. were released APRIL 1971)

HOW IT LOOKS - PLEASE VIEW ALL THE PHOTOS AND THE CLIP
Outer sleeve - is in good order generally, clean with minimal amount of handling wear, very nice - has a fully working zip, there are a couple of creases;  and slight indentations on the rear. 
Lips insert with band photo one side is EXCELLENT; often missing too , no marks/rips or writing on this, slight stain on front, hardly there though...
Labels are clean and free from pen or sticky marks - excellent
The vinyl, has a very slight warp, no impact; side one has a few hairline/scuffs. One squiggly mark near the last track , which looks worse than it sounds, it only impacts play with a few light ticks -  no jumps Side two has less visible scratches, just light hairlines with minimal impact. - Please view photos
HOW IT PLAYS: Side One - plays great, some very light crackle here and there  - the ticks near the end Side Two - plays very well, - a very nice listen overall
Overall a very nice, ORIGINAL 1971 copy , with an obvious history that is still pleasurable to listen to.
