Description

The Rubiayat of Dorothy Ashby, original compositions inspired by the words of Omar Khayyam, arranged and conducted by Richard Evans. Lp of beautiful jazzy middle eastern sounding harp. This is the first pressing from 1970 on Cadet records and is a promo DJ copy. LPS-841. Condition: the vinyl is EXCELLENT and played almost flawlessly all the way thru on both sides. One very light hairline on one side that is barely visible except in strong light and produces no effect on sound. (GREAT music by the way). The cover has outside edge wear (see photos) and the former owner wrote his name on the front and back sides (barely visible in the black on the back side) otherwise the cover is very good.
