Hi and welcome to my auction item. I am clearing out a further batch of vinyl - some of it rare and collectible, others are duplicates in my collection. I aim to give an honest description of each item and grade the condition as accurately as possible.
Opening price (or fixed price, where Buy It Now) is fair and realistic, and is based on the value or rarity of the record. I normally post to the UK only; overseas ebayers interested in bidding, happy to accept your bids, but please contact me to agree postage service and costs before you bid - thank you.
I usually post out the first working day after payment is received. Winning bidder to pay via Paypal within three days of end of winning the auction please. For peace of mind I always obtain proof of postage and if bid price exceeds £20.00, the item will be sent out by tracked, signed for postage.
Here's a Tamla Motown rarity from 1970, and another one from my personal collection ready to find a new home. The album didn't sell in huge quantities but is still a worthwhile release from this legendary label.
By brothers David and Jimmy Ruffin, an album called "I Am My Brother's Keeper", this is their one and only pairing, when they recorded some pop and soul standards including "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother" and "Stand By Me".
This is a very rare one-sided white label promo copy, featuring the tracks on side 1 only (STML 11176-1). There are no tracks on side 2 of this pressing. The label has 'STEREO' stamped across the centre, with artists names handwritten and residue from a removed sticker. Plain white inner sleeve has handwritten catalogue number and tracklisting.
Vinyl is in very good condition; comes in a retail sleeve which is in good condition. Please remember this does not include any of the tracks from side 2 as shown on the outer sleeve.
