THE RUNAWAYS great little package consisting 5 albums , as follows;
The Runaways Live In Japan – Gatefold sleeve single album, Mercury Records Cat No 6338833
And Now…The Runaways – single sleeve album, ORANGE Vinyl, Cherry Red Records Cat No ARED 3
Waitin’ For The Night – single sleeve album, Mercury Records Cat No 9100 047
Queens Of Noise – single sleeve album, Mercury Records Cat No 9100 032
Flaming Schoolgirls – single sleeve album, Cherry Red Records Cat No BRED 9
All of the vinyl is in great condition, appears unplayed for many years. Perhaps a minor dusting and professional clean may be required. The sleeves in general are in vg to ex condition, there may be the odd minor wearing at the edge. The only real downside is Flaming Schoolgirls top back edge has come unglued, but believe this can be fixed very easily. The “And now” album has a biro’d reference number and price on the inner card sleeve inside. You can only see this when you remove the inner disc/sleeve from the main sleeve, sadly I don’t think this can be easily overcome as it is in biro! Certain retailers back in the day had their own way of referencing their stock!, so there is not a lot can be done with this. I am trying to be as up front as possible with this collection, but still believe it represents great value.
