DESCRIPTION: The Runaways- The Originals double unofficial LP. The Runaways recorded live at the Starwood 1977 and Santa Monica 1976. The 1977 recording is excellent, very loud and clean, the 1976 mix is more distant but still listenable. Ruthless Rhymes release with pasted on sleeve and correct white inners. Postage cost includes tracking and a box mailer. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Ruthless Rhymes. YEAR OF RELEASE: Late 70s/early 80s. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: ? -any questions please ask: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/EX//VG. Vinyls are both clean with a decent but slightly hazy sheen. Remember this is an unofficial release. Played passages of both discs on my budget deck this morning. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Plays EX. Music is clean,clear and loud..Disc 2 is also as clean as it can be, its a distant mix. Cover is in nice clean shape. It is firm and square and has light to moderate edge wear (an area to spine and bottom edge is starting to crack/split as you get with these sleeves. It also has just light corner wear and light creasing. Rear of sleeve is as clean as you will get. White inners have title written to one corner and faded title in pencil also. Clean labels- just check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE.
