Description

Up for auction is a great rare blues compilation put together by the legendary Samuel Charters. The track list includes nearly every country blues legend you can think of, with several tracks unavailable elsewhere.

Vinyl is graded at VG-. Nice gloss. Several light surface marks and some short scuffs and scratches. Plays with background crackles throughout but no skips or jumps.

Box is graded at VG. Nice clean graphics. Corners of box are split. Some surface and edge wear. 8 page booklet of notes is included in nice condition.

This double LP set is the 1964 pressing with the track list associated with that year (the 1960 pressing had a slightly different track listing). However, it appears that the RBF label had some extra boxes left over from the 1960 run and they used them for this set and just crossed out the 7 tracks on the back of the box that aren't actually on this edition of the LPs.

Grading is based on Goldmine standards and is performed under direct bright lighting.

All items are packed very securely to minimize risk of damage during transit. Vinyl and inner sleeve are shipped outside of jacket in a plastic sleeve so that seams won't split. Extra cardboard reinforcement and bubble wrap are used to keep things tight and well protected.

Shipping within the US will be $4 and shipping outside the US will be $22. I do combine shipping to save you money. Within the US it is $1 for each additional record. Outside of the US it is $4 for each additional record.
