Description

On offer is a highly collectable and limited edition 1979 original first press UK stereo LP titled - The Raven by The Stranglers. 
Label: United Artists Records.
Cat No: UAG 30262.
The record is in Excellent minus condition (EX - ) condition. 
Matrix / Run-out numbers are: Side (A): A PORKY PRIME CUT (Etched) - UAG 30262 A -1U (Stamped)                        Side (B): PORKY (Etched)  - UAG 30262 B-1U (Stamped)
It comes housed in the original inner sleeve, which has minor storage wear to the corners but otherwise is in Excellent condition. (EX). This inner sleeve has the banned image of Joh Bjelke-Petersen at track 6 - "Nuclear Device" (The Wizard of Aus) The image was later deleted to show only the map of Australia and then the map was also removed from subsequent copies. 
The single carboard sleeve has the 3D lenticular print of a Raven on the front. This is what makes it a striking LP and sort after by collectors. There is very small traces of storage wear on the corner tips but this is finding fault with this beautiful sleeve that still remains in strong Excellent condition. (EX)
