Description
This auction is for 2 original LP UK Albums by The Seekers, titled “A World of Our Own” & “Come The Day”.
Both, in very nice condition.
The records appear shiny & glossy, and don’t think it ever got much play, one being MONO, and the other a Stereo version.
The Columbia labels are quite nice. I conservatively rate the record at very good+, with a couple of light scuffs. The “spindle hole” shows zero to very light wear.
The covers range from excellent+ to near mint. There are no tears, rips nor splitting edges.
They are still the typical (shiny) Garrod & Lofthouse covers.
The original (Made in Great Britain) album sleeves are in lovely condition.
I have owned them in a record collection (5,000+ LP’s) for decades.
By Columbia/EMI (UK) Records, they are:
The Seekers “A World of Our Own”….MONO 33SX 1722 1965
The Seekers “Georgy Girl”….Stereo SCX 6093 1966

Summary: A nice 2 LP Set of UK albums by Australia’s The Seekers, as they were in 1965 & 1966.
Good Stuff.
Best of Luck.
