Description
Original 1977 pressing (third press) of the Punk classic “Never Mind The Bollocks” by the Sex Pistols.
Third UK printing variant of the 12 track original UK sequence master including "Submission" as B3.
Dayglo sleeve with titles on the rear omits "Submission", sky blue Virgin labels, no timings, Copyright Control 1977, "EMI" credits erroneously include Vicious, producers credit to "Chris Thomas Or Bill Price", ℗ 1977 Virgin Records Ltd.
A7/B7 matrix endings
The vinyl has a few very fine paper scuffs/hairlines when viewed under strong light only. Really nice condition overall. It plays perfectly with no noticeable deterioration in sound at all and quiet spaces between tracks/run ins. EX (visually)to EX+ (play grade). Some light foxing on the labels.
The sleeve is VG+ with a sticker removal mark on the front and light storage/handling wear. No major issues. The sleeve omits “Submission” on the rear.
The inner has some age related discolouration and grades as VG+. I will add a new poly lined inner.
Overall this is a great playing copy of this punk classic. Early pressing from the year of release.
