My records have been pre-loved by me and played! I have always tried to maintain them in good condition. I am always as accurate as I can be about condition of both vinyl and cover. Grading of these records will be a good approximation of their condition. If a buyer should have a serious issue with the condition of one of my items when received, PLEASE contact me before leaving negative feedback, and I will always do my very best to resolve whatever the issue is.
I will always aim to post items within two working days of the end of the auction and receipt of full payment.
All my items will always be carefully packed but seller cannot accept responsibility for loss / damage in transit. (Note: Royal Mail / Parcelforce / Couriers require all packing to be retained if a claim for damage is made. Seller will obtain Proof of Posting or Tracking Number. The courier may require signature on delivery. This applies to Parcelforce and Royal Mail Signed For services.
