Released for the first time since being recorded by Impact Records of Detroit at Golden World Studio, one of the final sessions there before it was sold to Motown.
A side is storming Northern, composed by two thirds of the writing team who created "Time Will Pass You By" as recorded by Tobi Legend. Treats Me Right is one of the best "lost & found" discoveries of recent years.
The B side, "New Spark Of Life" is quintessential Detroit Sixties Soul and you can imagine it being sung by JJ Barnes on Ric-Tic. Written by Edwin Starr, who also composed the huge Shades Of Blue hit "Oh How Happy"
