Description

PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND READ THE ENTIRE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A SUPER RARE PROMO LP THAT WAS USED AS A PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY FOR A LOCAL BUICK CAR DEALER IN EVANSTON, JUST NORTH OF CHICAGO.

THE LABEL STATES "NOT FOR SALE" and "NOT FOR BROADCAST".

Includes 2 Episodes of The Shadow Knows Radio Show. One on each side.

Includes the original letter / insert that accompanied the LP on "CAROL BUICK IN EVANSTON"  letterhead.

Up for sale is one(1) The Shadow - Collector's Item LP that was used as a promotional giveway for Carol Buick In Evanston.

Unknown Record Label and there is no catalog number. However, this is the deadwax info:

  • Matrix / Runout (Side 2): U-36779

Side 1 has "Murder Underground" episode. Side 2 has "The Legend Of Crown Shield Castle" episode.
The Vinyl is in Very Good condition, with typical wear for age that may cause surface noise typical with a Very Good grading. Even with a Very Good grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts.

Nice fairly clean labels.

The original Promo Letter is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, creases, crumples, staining, and ring wear, creases. There are no rips or tears.
I am thinning out my vinyl collection. This is the actual item you will receive. See the photos and judge for yourself.
