Well, if this one doesn't draw some interest, I'm in the wrong business or Ebay is dead in the water!
Arguably one of the hardest high-profile and sought-after 45 to find. The Shadows' first single release - but as "The Drifters" before they were forced to change their name by the US group of the same name ("Save the Last Dance For Me?). Took me several years to acquire this. You can find it on a French EP but just not as a single. Their second release "Jet Black" as a single, is slightly more often seen, but even it is extremely scarce and like "Feelin' Fine," often near-unplayable from age and defacement. This copy is way above average and plays perfectly. It has its original cover, which despite a bit of scribble and what looks like a minute cigarette burn-mark on the reverse side, is in great condition, No creases, tears or splits anywhere. Looking at it front-on (first image) it appears almost mint. Quite an achievement, considering the passage of almost sixty-six years.
No stock images here - you're looking at the real thing! I've actually never played it (except to test its validity for a few moments) since buying it on eBay twenty years ago. I already had the French EP with "Feelin' Fine" as the premier track.
