Description
I am thinning out a record collections of 7,000+ LPs. I am only listing LPs on Ebay that are worth listing, so please take a moment to see my other listings.
I use Goldmine grading standards and consider myself a conservative graders. There are two LPs in this listing: The Shaggs' Philosophy of the World and The Shaggs' Own Thing. Both LPs are 1981 pressings on Rounder Records. I will go over each LP individually.
Philosophy of the World: The record is G+. It will play through without skipping, but it will have consistent background noise throughout the entirety of the record. There is light scuffing and consistent marks on the vinyl. You cannot feel them with your finger, but they cause the background noise. Additionally, the LP warbles as it plays. This is a result of heat damage and is a kind of warping. It does not effect the playback, but it is not pretty to look at. The cover is VG+ with slightly bumped corners, light creasing, general wear, and one small stain on the back cover.
The Shaggs' Own Thing: The record is G+. It will play through without skipping, but it will have consistent background noise throughout the entirety of the record. There is light scuffing and consistent marks on the vinyl. You cannot feel them with your finger, but they cause the background noise.This LP also warbles and has a warp as if it was stored leaning at a slight angel. Again, it does not affect playback. The cover is rated VG- with large radio station call letters written on both the front and back cover. There are slightly bumped corners, light creasing, and light ring wear.
I ship in record mailers and pack the LP snugly. All LPs will be shipped via media mail with a tracking number. LPs will be shipped inside the cover unless you ask for something different. Shipments will go out within three days of payment. I will only ship to a location inside of the United States.
