Description
- Near mint vinyl on this hard to find Original Soundtrack LP for the Stanley Kubrick horror film “The Shining” (Warner Brothers HS 3449) based on the Stephen King novel. Only a limited number copies of this soundtrack were released.
- This chilling movie has an equally chilling soundtrack including some outstanding classical music to set the tone of terror. Also included is some original music by Wendy Carlos and Rachel Elkind.
- The tracklist is: The Shining Main Title/Rocky Mountains/Lontano (Ligeti)/Music For Strings, Percussion and Celesta (Bartok)/Utrenja (Penderecki)/The Awakening Of Jacob (Penderecki)/De Natura Sonoris No 2 (Penderecki)/Home.
- The LP looks and plays very close to mint. The cover has no splits, tears or cutouts. There is some light ringwear and a small stain on one corner.
