This classic Gothic album using the German word for poison as the title rather than the English word for a present was intended as a comment over the break up of the Sisters of Mecry - see my other listings, 

The moody music and lyrics convey this in abundance.

The disc is in excellent condition for being 20 years old and the inlay card is very good with one small mark on the inside. The case has scratches on the outside.
