I've been lucky enough to own three copies of this very rare record.  This one is very nice and plays superb with only one very minor crackle on side B and a little on the run-ins.
The sleeve is nice, with some signs of shelf-wear, minor creases but no splits, tears or damage.  Theres some very minor ring wear.  Overall the sleeve is VERY GOOD.
The record sounds great, has excellent sonic range - much better than on the compilation albums.  There are a number of marks, scuffs and signs of wear but these do not affect the play.  Overall the vinyl is VERY GOOD.
Copies of this can be listed at over £200, but there's no need to pay those kinds of prices for this very rare record that is a classic early-goth, post-punk release that is in much demand.  It will appreciate, no doubt about that.
