Description
The Sisters Of Mercy - Live Brighton 1984 LP. This is the same as LP 1 of the Black October double album but this copy has different labels and a different matrix - Side One: MSR-63-A L-29707 and Side Two MSR-63-B L-29707.
These copies are a bit of a mystery and the only ones I've seen for sale are the ones I've found and sold. I can only guess that there was a mistake when these were pressed as every copy came inside a Madonna Live 1985 sleeve!
Disc was unplayed and would be in VG+ to EX condition but there is a small amount of heat damage at the edge of the disc, giving it a mild warp. The disc plays fine on my turntable but there was some surface noise on the intro music on Side 1, Side 2 has a woosh noise on the first track but plays alright. After that the LP plays fine and sounds good. The Madonna sleeve is fire damaged and pretty much trashed but it's included as that's how it originally came. You can choose to throw it away if you want!
A pretty rare record despite the condition, the handful I managed to get hold of recently are the last copies I can source - the handful i had a couple of years back flew out as soon as they were listed.
I've only one copy left after this and I might keep hold of that one!
