This is an ultra low number #2/2000 (see photos + history below)

This was purchased on ebay 17-18 years ago from a reputable seller.
Although this is not sealed, please look at the photo of the number and compare the handwriting to known SP collector Shawn Turner's copy #29 on his old Smashing Pumpkins collector's site: http://www.geocities.ws/collectspumpkins/vinyl/piback.jpg
