Description
The Smiths debut album, I've owned and cherished it from new and the vinyl is in glorious condition.
Pretty hard to find fault with the vinyl, but I'll try:
2 or 3 very mild ticks between A1 & A2
A click right at the end of A5
2 or 3 very mild ticks between B2 & B3
2 clicks right at the end of B5
And that's pretty much it, if there's anything else I've missed it can't be bad. Near mint. No scratches or crackles, just a handful of clicks or ticks.
The sleeves aren't NM but still very solid, probably VG+. Outer sleeve very strong, if you hold it under really bright light you'll notice two groups of really thin horizontal lines across the rear (7 or 8 running across the titles Pretty Girls and The Hand... and 7 or 8 running through I Don't Owe and Suffer...) but these are so faint you can hardly see them. There's some very mild scuffing on the open edge and some very mild chafing on the other edges. Inner sleeve has some ringwear and mild creasing, plus a 5cm slit on the opposite side to the open end (see pic 9).
I'll send in a record mailer (with vinyl & inner sleeve separated from outer sleeve), Royal Mail First Class tracked & signed for.
