The experience of buying records on Ebay is ruined if, when they arrive, you discover that they are either not in the condition stated or have been damaged in the post! For this reason I describe all my items in detail, and only post using strong sturdy packaging. They are also from a non-smoking and pet-free home.

The Smiths - Full Set of UK 7" Single Releases: 1983 - 1987

Here is a collection of all of the original UK Rough Trade 7" Smiths singles, not the recent Rhino re-issues. While the Rhino re-issues are nice to own, it is the original Rough Trade releases which have been steadily rising in both value and collectability and are becoming harder to find in suitable condition. Unlike some auctions of this type, this is not an excuse to sell sub-standard condition singles by virtue of the fact that they are a full set. All of the records and sleeves here are in at least excellent condition. There is no writing on, or damage to, any of the labels or sleeves. This collection comprises all 17 single releases (listed below) and additionally there is a second copy of the first single 'Hand In Glove' (so that both contact addresses, Manchester and London, are included here), there is the Sandie Shaw version of 'Hand In Glove', and there is also the version of 'What Difference Does It Make' on which Morrissey re-enacted the cover photo in place of Terence Stamp. Don't miss this opportunity to get hold of such a complete collection before they become impossibly rare.

These are pretty heavy, but due to surprising ebay rules about limiting postage I have to charge no more than 4.00 for UK postage. I will honour this limit, even though it will cost me more to send them, and have decided to similarly discount other forms of postage. Recorded delivery will be only 4.80 in the UK and overseas postage is also hugely discounted (see drop-down box below). These postage rates offer extremely good value compared to the astronomical cost of buying and having them posted individually, particularly if you are an overseas bidder.
