Our transit damage rate is an industry leading less than 0.3% (UK and International). If you have preferred modes of vinyl transport (i.e. Vinyl outside of sleeve) just let us know and we will adhere to these.
At the discretion of the seller vinyl with a value in excess of £50.00 will be sent by Royal Mail (where appropriate) Registered Post First Class and Insured at no extra expense to the customer.*

* All International items will be sent in accordance of the shipping method elected by the customer unless, at the discretion of the seller, the item is sent tracked and signed due to value; in these circumstances the additional cost, where appropriate, will be met by the seller. Once the item has left the UK territorial zone the seller assumes no further responsibility for the delivery of the item nor the condition in which it is delivered to the customer.
