Description
THE SMITHS Strangeways Here We Come (1987 UK 10-track vinyl LP with 'Guy Fawkes Was A Genius' etched into the run-off groove, complete with original lyric inner and title embossed 'Richard Davalos' picture sleeve ROUGH106).
Signed in wax crayon on the front. Sleeve and signature all on excellent condition. The LP has been played but is in very good condition.
This was a Smash Hits magazine competition prize I believe from late 1987. Included will be the original mailing envelope from Smash Hits to the lucky winner with the post mark dated 22.1.88. I purchased this from the winner over 10 years ago and it has been kept it the packaging ever since I have owned it. The Smash Hits "with compliments" slip is also included. This is a unique opportunity to own some very special smiths memorabilia. Morrissey of late is very reluctant to sign any Smiths items so these are becoming very sort after.
