Description
For auction:
The Smiths - The Queen Is dead, UK, 1st pressing 1986, Rough 96, A2/B2, rare EMI records pressing, gatefold sleeve with pink hype sticker and printed inner sleeve.
Cover excellent plus with only minimal shelf wear and a fully legible spine. The inner is unspilt and in near mint condition.
The first press vinyl is clean, with a couple of faint paper hairlines, no real spindle wear on the labels.
Play tested and there is no lessening in the sound quality.
Matrix / runout:
Side A: ROUGH 96 A-2U-1 -1 x1, etching: FEAR OF MANCHESTER
Side B: ROUGH 96 B-2U-1-1 -x1, etching: THEM WAS ROTTEN DAYS
Both gatefold and vinyl in EXCELLENT PLUS condition.
Grading as per RRPG standards.
Vinyl professionally cleaned on a RCM ( Okki Nokki).
