Item Description
This is two original first press 12" singles by The Smiths- This Charming Man, released in October 1983 on Rough Trade, RTT 136. No band name on cover. Rough Trade ‘capitol records’ logo on back appears within oval ring but on labels it appears without the ring. William, It Was Really Nothing, released August 1984 on Rough Trade, RTT 166- a CBS pressing.

Item Condition
Both records are excellent, sleeves are not so good- see details below.
This Charming Man- Record in very good plus condition- plays with the tiniest of crackle in the start/between track grooves. The sleeve has some damage unfortunately- marks on the front where the cover has peeled away, and a tear front top right near insert edge, plus a few creases. Edges are good.
William, It Was Really Nothing- Some light scuffs and visible groove wear on A side- but virtually undetectable during audio playback - high end very good. There is an ever so slight warp, with no effect on audio. Cover has a bit of damage on the back , sticker mark front top right and a little 'wave effect' on the insert edge. All damage is shown in photos.
