Description
On offer here is a copy of It's Smoke Time by The Smoke.
This pressing was produced by the Record Collector magazine as part of their Rare Vinyl Limited Edition series of pressings. This was the sixth in the series released in March 2011.
There were only 500 copies of this album pressed, and each came with a numbered laminated Certificate of Authenticity signed by the editor at the time, Ian Shirley which is enclosed.
With the record there is a letter that I received from the Marketing manager at Record Collector stating that there had been a mistake in the advert in Record Collector, which had said that this album would be pressed on Orange Vinyl, it was in fact pressed on Black Vinyl.
This is number 208 of 500 copies, which quickly sold out.
As a subsriber to the magazine I ordered this when it was advertised, but once received I did not play it, but kept it in a polythene sleeve ever since, it is therefore Mint and Unplayed.
The record, cover and certificate are as I received them and are MINT and UNPLAYED.
This is now a sought afer series by collectors and few have been offered for sale.
The record will be sent outside of it's cover in a polythene sleeve sandwiched between two 12" cardboard stiffeners, in a heavy duty record envelope made by Covers 33.
