I decided to restart this auction . The Lp plays more like vg . You can hear surface pops and crackles in certain parts on the lp or songs . Here in the NW there's alot of these . But they are played a lot . I also have the Purple mono , 2 X More monos , and a red label stereo if anyone is looking . They are in the realm of VG+ . All the sleeves are pretty nice.
SONICS ORIGINAL RED LABEL MONO LP . ETIQUETTE RECORDS . EARLY PRESS. Cover: Light ink loss . Back is still fairly clean . Light wears . Name written top right / back. Corners have minor dings , no seam splits , pocket opening is clean .VG++ TO EX Condition
Lp: VG Lp has some cross grain marks. Labels are clean . Little to no spindle marks . No serious scratches or markings . VG++ . Matrix is 7950X 024A/B Respectfully

I always grade the cover first Inner sleeve always graded Obi strip is graded Box and booklets graded.
I use "Record Collector" Magazine grading . And add a "NM" inbetween M and EX. One grade is equal. Covers graded first. VG+ Records will have surface noise accompanied w/ classic surface noise. I gurantee that . Don't buy the VG+ If you are picky like myself!

RECORD COLLECTORS GRADING SYSTEM
Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displayed no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable Good (G) Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler
