I played the record on a Vestax handy trax portable player and the first song skipped forward a couple of times at the very beginning while there are no scratches there. I am unsure if this has to do with the players inability to track the record properly, if there is a manufacturing flaw, if there is something stuck in the grooves and the record needs a deep cleaning or what. The rest of the record plays through fine with no major pops, however there is some light noise between songs. The record is hard to grade on such low grade equipment and I don’t have a better player to test it on right now. I would say that other than the skip in the beginning the record plays VG.
Sleeve is in great condition. There is a bit of ring wear on the back and minor bumped corners as i tried to show in the pictures, as well as a couple spots of light creasing which i also took pictures of.
There are some light hairlines on both sides and some swirling scuffing on one side of the vinyl, maybe from someone cleaning the record, or possibly from the record spinning around a turntable off center. I don’t know. I tried to get a picture but it was difficult. It is more evident and looks worse in person. There are not however any scratches that i can feel.
Labels look great.
Inner sleeve is not original to the record. There was none with it when i got it.
