Description
Artist: The Sons of Truth
Album: A Message from The Ghetto
Description: 1972 promo 1st pressing. The only record from this Gospel Soul group that was put together in Detrioit by Rev. Calvin Fair. This one covers a lot of the same territory as 70's-era Marvin Gaye, Curtis Mayfield & The Impressions, but the gospel flair and screaming guitars really add a nice twist. This is cool stuff!
Sleeve Condition: VG+, the sleeve is fantastic and still in shrink. Three corners are sharp, one has some damage, which is the only real wear. The colors are great, no wrinkles. Cellophane is open at one end with no holes or tears, does have an old price tag still attached. Original inner sleeve is super nice with some light wrinkling, but no seam splits.
Vinyl Condition: NM, Disc is in fantastic shape with no wear at all. Very clean and shiny. Labels look fantastic. No scuffs or scratches, play tested in spots & it plays well with really good sound no play issues at all. This simply can't have been played more than a few times. It looks like it was pressed yesterday, this is about as nice of a copy as you are going to find.
I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.
Check out my other listings, I've got several music lots up for sale. Everything from jazz to new wave to obscure rap - vinyl and CDs. Please mark me as a favorite seller if you like what you see. I have bunch of stuff to get rid of. Good luck and happy bidding!!
