Description

This is Indiana R&B doo wop group The Spaniels (featuring James "Pookie" Hudson) singing "Goodnight Sweetheart Goodnight" on Vee-Jay 107 from August of 1954 (delta numbers 792 and 886 etched in the dead wax). This # 5 R&B chart record looks NM. For the most part this record plays NM but there are a few scattered background noises. Please note the incorrect spelling of the name. Later releases corrected the spelling, but the initial release with the incorrect spelling got out. Price guides suggest a valuation of $275.00 for these incorrect spellings - but you save 45% on this beautiful record with the incorrect spelling!!!!
