Here we go....this is a rare one !!!! Bootleg LP of The Stone Roses now legendary gig at Blackpool Empress Ballroom, 12 August 1989.
Vinyl inspected under strong light shows no problems at all. Very clean, very shiny and looks to have only been played a handful of times...maybe not even that much. Very well looked after and should play perfectly. I've heard the overall sound quality of this recording, however...and as can be expected from a bootleg recording (especially one made way back in the late 80s) it's a bit shoddy. This was definitely one of the better quality sounding Stone Roses bootlegs at the time, however, and in comparison to most of the others out there, it's not at all bad.
Outer sleeve in very good condition. There is a very small crumple on the bottom right corner (bottom left on back) that is barely noticeable, but I thought I should mention it anyway. Other than that, the sleeve is in excellent shape. No serious marks, scratches, nothing to worry about. Holding it up to the light, there is some rubbing evident from storage along the top edge of the cover, but it isn't noticeable unless you hold the sleeve up to strong light. Very well looked after, and hardly handled over the years.
Labels are blank...just white labels. However, there is a tiny "A" and "B" written in pen on each label to indicate which side is which.
Inner white paper sleeve is in excellent condition.
I think some versions of this LP came with a sticker inside....this version does not have the sticker, unfortunately.
All in all, a superb condition LP for any serious Stone Roses collector. Maybe not something you'll spin very often, but just great to have in your collection if you're a completest... or just a big fan of this legendary band.
VERY RARE.....VERY COLLECTABLE. Some big asking prices for this one on ebay (when it shows up) but I'm starting the bidding low, and with no reserve.
