Description

From my personal vinyl record collection bought throughout the 1970s, unplayed since the early 1980s until now. Early edition first pressing copy of 'The Stranglers' 1979 UK released 45rpm single, in the original picture sleeve. Noticeable differences to later editions, this early edition; issued as a softer paper picture sleeve (later versions thicker card), labels on both sides with a 4 point push out centre (later editions solid centre).

Side A and Side B are both etched on the run off grooves with 'A PORKY PRIME CUT'

This is a 7" 45 rpm Original 1979 first pressing Vinyl' single with side A (Track 1.) 'Duchess' and side B (Track 2.) 'Fools Rush Out', cover picture sleeve is in very good condition with minor ring marking. Vinyl output play is very good, with both sides playing well with normal minor crackle and little sign of wear. Vinyl material is in very good condition. The vinyl labels on both sides looking good, but with a faint spot stain on the 'Duchess' label side and some minor fraying on the push out centre hole revealing a little excess vinyl also on the 'Duchess' side.
