Description
This is a copy of the LP The Raven by The Stranglers, first pressing limited UK issue from 1979 on United Artists UAG 30262. This issue has a lenticular print of The Raven and a caricature of Joh Bjelke-Petersen on the inner sleeve artwork which was removed from later copies.
The matrix no.s are UAG 30262 A - 1U A PORKY PRIME CUT and UAG 30262 B-1U PORKY
The vinyl is in Very Good Plus condition with a few faint hair / handling lines. The labels are clean with no stains, writing, stickers or scuffs. There are one or two very faint spindle marks on each side.
The cover is in Very Good Plus condition. There is no ring wear, stains, splits or writing. The spine is perfectly readable. There is a light crease next to the opening on the front, a tiny 2 mm tear in the middle of the opening (on the front|), tiny scuffs at the bottom of the spine and top and bottom of the opening and a tiny dent to the bottom edge.
The printed lyric inner sleeve is also Very Good Plus with tiny scuffs to the corners and the middle of the bottom seam and a few light handling creases. .
Comes from a smoke free home.
