Description
The Stranglers Live at Poole Arts Centre 30th January 1983.
Rare issue of this concert on Head Records. Firstly because of the title 'The Taming Of the Hugh'. Secondly with the vinyl label entitled 'Hugh's Heroes'. Thirdly Volume One when there was no Volume Two. Fourthly there is another version of this concert on vinyl but with a different track listing and play which I will also list soon.
This album is rare. I keep a reasonably regular gander at Stranglers items on ebay and I can't remember seeing this item appearing at anytime over the years.
The outer sleeve is great for its age although it does have some ring visibility. It came into my collection around 1998. The record was in my 'played' part of my collection so because of its rarity and no other copy, I would have played it only once to convert to a different audio format for future listening. Then a dusting and into sleeves and out of the light.
