Perfect record, clean gloss, no marks.
NM- = Near Mint Minus
If any marks at all they are light, very clean. A great record for collectors.

Light scratches only, should play and look very nice with minimal surface noise.
VG = Very Good
Still a nice record should look a bit used, light scratches, no gouges, should still play well, some surface noise.
VG- = Very Good Minus
A bit rough but should play ok, fills the collection
