The TEENAGERS featuring FRANKIE LYMON
Classic Doo-wop LP original pressing with Machine Stamped matrix numbers in the "dead-wax" runout grooves
Gee GLP 701 the vinyl is VISUALLY Graded STRONG VG+ and cleaned in a V.P.I record cleaning machine.
Intros and middles of all songs play graded: There's very light surface noise between tracks, and on the intros to the first few tracks on the A-side but no noise is audible after the music kicks in. The highs are crisp and the BASS is TREMENDOUS! Labels are clean with Machine Stamped matrix numbers in the "dead-wax" runout grooves (see photo)
Comes in a nice STRONG VG+ jacket: the front laminate is still shiny with no obvious shelf wear.
Top edge is repaired in the upper-right corner with a barely visible small stretch of Scotch Magic tape,
Top left corner is frayed about one inch, the lower half of the spine has the cardboard exposed as the laminate with printing is missing / worn off, bottom has similar wear, a 2 inch seam-split in the middle, and, as with the top, there's one inch of neatly repaired splitting near the opening edge. See photo close-ups of the splits. Back side is lightly yellowed, but there's no writing or staining. See our photos.
