Labels: The A Side has a whisper of wear. The B Side has a bit more
Record: Retains high original gloss w/ some light surface scuffs. Side A also has a few added surface marks that do not affect play. Plays almost Mint- w/ a little light random background surface noise. Side B has a tiny light scratch at the beginning of the side that cause a few light background ticks. The rest of the side plays almost Mint- w/ a whisper of very light random background surface noise. Both sides have great sound presence. / VPI cleaned
COMMENTS: Rare Soul 45 on this small Ambridge, Pa Label (just outside of Pittsburgh). Not sure of the date on this one. To my ears they're a Blue-eyed Soul Group in the vein of The Magnificent Men. The A Side is a great version of the Eddie Floyd classic w/ great guitar and cool organ. The B Side is a fine Sweet Soul ballad.
NOTE: VPI cleaned means that this record was cleaned on a professional $500 cleaning machine, which does wonders for the playback of all vinyl records!
