This isthe repress which addressed the sonic defects in the 'firstpress'. Personally I would not touch the first press (deluxe or snow) with abarge pole. There were many aggravating issues - noise, ticks and pops. Giventhe style of music, with many suspenseful quiet passages - these noisesdiminished the listening pleasure greatly. Most copies you see for sale ondiscogs/ebay are the first presses - from people wanting to offload for $$$.Unless they can prove they purchased theirs on the 15th February...don't touchthem. That is my sincere advice
Luckily,Waxwork have made good. The repress took 6 months - they had to redo thestampers and press an entirely new batch. I've been assured by Waxwork theproblems associated with the first press are not present in this version
The copyI am selling comes with all its original packaging, is factory sealed and innear mint condition (sharp corners, no damage, no creasing etc). Its a perfectcopy.
