Nice vocal jazz that has a few funky moments and sampling oppurtunities. George Duke arranged and conducted the whole thing. Slamming version of „Cantaloupe Island“. Other great songs are „Waves Lament“ and „Maiden Voyage“. The vocal group consists of five Philippino sisters from California. They are only adding to the quality of the music. The girls bring a breath of fresh air into the renowed jazz trio of jazz pianist Duke!
