UPDATE: Since Nov 2010 this is our new policy. If you not happy with the item(s) within 5 days of delivery simply send it back to us for a full auction price refund! That's it! We will NOT cover the cost to ship the item back to us or the initial shipping (flat rate) you paid. Only the final winning auction bid price. Please note we expect the product to arive in the same condition as we shipped it and you will be responble for any repacking and insurance (new old stock items are not covered). Please include in the package the reason for the return. We can refuse this policy right if the product is not the same as we shipped or got damaged in transit not covered by insurance.
