The Tigers 45 rpm record.  Colpix CP 773.  This record is an homage to the Pontiac GTO.  I wonder if General Motors or Pontiac executives formed this group the way the Monkees were formed by record company executives.  The Monkees were based on the Beatles and The Tigers were based on the Beach Boys and Jan and Dean.  I bought this record when it was produced and did not play it much.

Side A:  Geeto Tiger.  NM.

Side B:  The Geeto Prowl.  Same song but without the lead vocals.  VG+.

The labels are lightly worn, clean with no writing, VG+.

The picture sleeve is clean with no writing; it has small tears on the top edge and a 3-inch split at the bottom, G/VG.

The overall grade is VG+.  The opening bid is $9.

All records are fully listened to when grading.  Records are completely flat unless mentioned otherwise.  Labels have no writing unless mentioned otherwise.  Records without brand or picture sleeves have plain sleeves.  I use the Goldmine grading system.

VG+  little noise and visible wear

VG   noise in quiet sections and visible wear, but not bothersome

VG-  some pops heard in non-quiet sections, still not bothersome

G/VG  borderline bothersome noise throughout

G+  bothersome noise in some sections

G   many bothersome pops and scratches heard throughout but no repeating pops lasting more than a few seconds

G-  a repeating scratch lasting a bothersome number of rotations

FAIR  loud popping popcorn or loud or lengthy repeating scratches

The buyer must pay $3.50 to ship this record in a corrugated-cardboard-armored envelope using USPS First Class Mail.  Signature Confirmation is recommended if there is a chance that your package might be stolen.  I am not responsible for stolen items, only for delivery to your address.  Message me before paying if interested in purchasing Signature Confirmation for an additional $2.60.  This auction is limited to delivery within the fifty States.

FEEDBACK

I leave feedback as soon as I’ve shipped the items, and my only concern is that the buyer pays within one week of the close of the auction.  For single auction purchases, sending an invoice is an extra step that is unnecessary, so please try to pay within four days of the auction’s closing.  If payment has not been made within four days of the auction’s close, I will send one invoice reminding the buyer that only three days remain in order to receive positive feedback from me.  If payment has not been made within sixteen days, eBay will be automatically informed and your access to all sellers will be jeopardized.
