The Toy Dolls "Nellie the Elefant" - extremley rare first 7" version!

Original first pressing released in 1982 on Volume Records (VOL. 3)

The record has some little surface marks and shows signs of having played

The cover has a little slight wear

Condition: vinyl vg++ / cover ex-

Olga's retrospective comment:

"We were really excited about recording this one, we had been playing it live to a great response. Thanks to Volume they gave us the chance to release it after being turned down by just about every UK record company. It took a day to record and mix, I remember feeling really extra excited at that time about recording , I already had DIG THAT GROOVE BABY written for the B side, this single really summed the band up. After the recording of Nellie in the studio we all thought it had the possibility of charting, however, with lack of finance, publicity etc it only sold 3000."
